Before you book
Review the product's cancellation, rebooking, lead-time and confirmation rules before checkout. Some services are refundable within a stated window; others may be non-refundable or may depend on a supplier's own rules.
Traveler-requested cancellation
A cancellation request is effective only when recorded and confirmed through an authorized ZCHEDULISTA channel.
If the traveler cancels within the cancellation period expressly allowed for the booking, the refundable booking amount will be refunded in full. ZCHEDULISTA will absorb any original payment-processing fee that the payment gateway does not return to us for this type of full refund.
If the traveler cancels after the allowed cancellation period has ended, the booking is non-refundable except for an approved force-majeure case or an approved medical emergency under the exceptions below.
Rebooking and traveler changes
Date, traveler, pickup or service changes are subject to availability and the applicable product/supplier rules. Any price difference or non-recoverable supplier cost will be disclosed before a chargeable change is finalized whenever practicable.
No-show or late arrival
Missing a confirmed departure, pickup, check-in or activity because of traveler delay may be treated as a no-show when the supplier/product terms say so. Contact Traveler Help as soon as possible if a delay may affect your service.
ZCHEDULISTA-initiated cancellation
If ZCHEDULISTA cancels a confirmed service and the traveler does not accept an offered reschedule or reasonable replacement, the refundable booking amount will be refunded in full. ZCHEDULISTA will absorb any original payment-processing fee that the payment gateway does not return to us for this type of full refund.
We do not mark a refund completed until the payment provider confirms it or an approved manual refund is reconciled.
Force majeure and extraordinary disruption
If a qualified force-majeure or extraordinary event outside the traveler's and ZCHEDULISTA's reasonable control makes the booked service impossible, unsafe or legally prohibited to operate, an affected booking may receive a full refund even when the ordinary cancellation period has already ended.
Examples may include severe weather that prevents safe operation, government closure or suspension, natural disaster, or another unavoidable event that actually prevents the confirmed service from proceeding. A change of mind, scheduling conflict or ordinary personal inconvenience is not a force-majeure event.
Medical emergency exception
A traveler who can no longer proceed because of a genuine medical emergency after the ordinary cancellation period has ended may request a partial refund. The request is subject to ZCHEDULISTA evaluation and must be supported by reasonable medical documentation.
The approved partial refund amount is determined case by case. Original payment-gateway fees that the gateway does not return to ZCHEDULISTA are not included in a medical emergency partial refund.
Medical documents contain sensitive personal information. We request only documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
How refunds are returned
Where supported, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Some payment methods cannot be refunded electronically and may require a controlled manual refund. When manual processing is required, please allow up to 15 days for ZCHEDULISTA to complete the approved refund, although your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time outside our control.
For a full refund under this Policy, including a ZCHEDULISTA-initiated cancellation, an eligible traveler cancellation within the allowed cancellation period, or an approved force-majeure cancellation, ZCHEDULISTA absorbs any original payment-gateway fee that the gateway does not return to us. For an approved medical-emergency partial refund, a non-returned original gateway fee is excluded from the refundable amount.
